Happy Birthday Alex!

   On June 29, 2005 at 12:15am,  I painlessly popped out the coolest kid I've ever met.

He's SO excited to be 4! 
He's not little anymore because he's 4.  Actually he is as big as his friend Sam now that he's 4. And he has big arms because he's 4. And he's really really smart because he's 4.

His Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Dani came down to visit this weekend!  His favorite part was playing in the pool with Aunt Dani. They brought him some new pool toys and a Spiderman beach towel (and a bug one for Bug). Some new clothes, and Grandpa's boots. And a Spiderman cake! woohoo!  Saturday night when they got here we went to Applebee's and they sang to him. He was so surprised, it was awesome.




We're not doing a big party this year like I wanted to, but we're hoping to get in a few play dates this week.  I still need to go get his elbow and knee pads so Jesse can take the training wheels off his bike.  But Jesse's back is killing him today, so I'm not sure when exactly it's going to happen.  Hopefully very soon! He's very excited about that too!!


So Happy Birthday to our Small Dude! 

You amaze us every day with everything you do.  You are smarter than other kids your age and everyone loves how well you can talk. You have more logic and wit than some adults we know.  Not to mention that you are hilarious!  And you are a great big brother!
   We love you!!

Oh my gosh, I don't think I've ever seen a pic of Alex as a newborn-- He's BEAUTIFUL! So perfect!! Well, so was Danica, so why am I so surprised. But seriously, babies aren't supposed to look so perfect, only mine
